HARRY LAMBERT

L ,   STYLIST, MAKE-UP ARTIST AND HAIR STYLIST

HARRY LAMBERT IS AN ENGLISH STYLIST, KNOWN TO MOST AS HARRY STYLES’ STYLIST

Harry Lambert was born and raised in Norwich, near London, and studied at the University of Kent where he cultivated a passion for photography. Urged by friends, he collaborated with a local charity shop, where he had the opportunity to immerse himself in the universe of vintage clothing. This is where the passion for fashion blossomed, so he left photography to focus on styling. He collected his first experiences thanks to internships at I-D and Tank first, and then British Vogue. There he understood that that would have been his path. He began his career as a stylist in 2009, he worked for Topman, Asos and Tommy Hilfiger.

Currently Harry Lambert is one of the most requested stylists in the panorama. In addition to taking care of the look of Harry Styles, among his clients there are also Ema Corrin and Josh O’Connor (protagonists of The Crown). His job is to create a moodboard that encompasses the brands that best represent the soul of the customer, and often targets emerging brands such as Bode or JW Anderson. Red carpets become editorials, use fashion to initiate a dialogue that is often apparently foreign to the world of fashion. Fashion becomes a media.

HARRY STYLES AND HARRY LAMBERT

The partnership began in 2015 when Lambert curated the looks of the former One Direction member for the participation in the American Music Awards. It’s also thanks to him that Harry Styles built an image of a Brit boy, who fights toxic masculinity through fluid outfits, also supported by Gucci. Battle also made clear by the cover of Vogue America, when Styles became the first man to get an entirely dedicated cover. In genderless Gucci clothes, styled by Harry Lambert, the English singer was consecrated an icon of gender fluid.
