Pianegonda franco
Pianegonda Franco is an Italian company that produces polished rhodium-plated sterling silver jewelry, without the addition of chemical substances. Founded by Franco Pianegonda in Camisano Vicentino in 1994. Their collections immediately found a market thanks to their original sculptural designs, with reflective surfaces sometimes embellished with precious or colored stones, often inspired by 1970s styles. At the beginning of the new millennium the return to fashion of retro styles (generously sized plate-like pendants hung on ribbons or plaited threads and linked or organically shaped rings) was enthusiastically received and followed by the Venetian company. The resulting creations were very positively received by the public and led to the rapid escalation of the brand, and the opening of their own stores throughout Italy, Spain, and Greece. Their designs are distributed by Saks Fifth Avenue in the USA, and by Fortnum & Mason in London.
