Brian Atwood prefers to work with elaborate leathers, shimmering jewels, long fringes to make each shoe unique. His story began in 1996 when he became the first American hired by Gianni Versace as a designer of the Versus line.

In 2001 he launched his first line of shoes. The shoes, produced exclusively in Italy, have become very famous thanks to Atwood’s basic idea of making every woman sexier and satisfying every desire of hers.

The designer’s talent was recognized by the CFDA, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, which conferred him the Swarovski‘s Perry Ellis Award for the accessory design.

Lady Gaga wore the designer’s shoes on her 30th birthday. Everyone describes him as a shoe guru.

In 2012, Atwood’s ads around New York were banned due to the scandals linked to excessive nudity in the commercials.
