Walker, André

André Walker, born in 1965, is an English designer of Jamaican origin. He studied at Parson’s School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. In 1990-91 he designed the autumn-winter collection for the American fashion house Williwear and started to show in Paris the same year. Walker also collaborated with Marc Jacobs. In 1999, Louis Vuitton gave him responsibility for the menswear collection.
