Sylvie

Fleury (1961). Swiss artist. In Untitled (1992) she put together a pink carpet, a striped couch and several pairs of new shoes, mostly by Stéphane Kélian. In other assemblies, the artist has presented hanging clothes, and toilettes with make-up and mirrors. She considers fashion one of the most important aspects of our consumerist age, as the need to define a contemporary identity is so deeply rooted in us.
