Patrick Van Ommeslaeghe (1967) is a Belgian fashion designer. He was born in Oudenaarde. In 1985, he discovered his true vocation and went from medical school to the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Two years after graduating, he moved to Paris and worked for Balenciaga, Gaultier and Adeline André. His first womenswear collection was presented in 1999. It was full of citations and cultural references, as were the subsequent collections
