Nelissen

Nelissen Robert (1946). Dutch designer. A great admirer of YSL and Armani, his style is measured, moderate, and very feminine. He created his prêt-à-porter luxury brand in 1977.

Career 

Previously, he had worked for Balmain, Cardin, and Dorothée Bis. He designed the uniforms for the Air France stewardesses. When the company Kashiyama acquired the Japanese license for Rochas, he was called to take over its artistic direction. In 1989, he designed Lanvin’s prêt-à-porter line.
