Linificio e Canapificio Castellini is a company that dates back to 1850, based in Paderno Dugnano. LINIFICIO E CANAPIFICIO CASTELLINI developed by manufacturing the jute bags of the Italian post offices and the canvases that covered the deckchairs of the beaches, including that of the “Excelsior” hotel in Venice.

Later, with the support of an industrial plant in the Varese area, LINIFICIO E CANAPIFICIO CASTELLINI began to produce articles in linen, hemp and jute. It also started the production of sheets, and linen for the household and for the trousseau.

In 1997, Emanuele Castellini, owner and managerial director of the company, teamed up with his cousin Piero Castellini, architect and man of great taste, to open C&C, a very refined shop in via della Spiga in Milan.

Combining their professional worlds and their passions, they created a sort of atelier for the home: from garden furniture to cashmere linen and silk furnishing fabrics, from sheets to unisex pyjamas, dressing gowns, slippers and accessories.

The C&C proposals are located in exclusive shops in Turin, Portofino, London, Paris and Montecarlo. The company, with 12 employees, belongs to the Piero Castellini Baldissera family (33.3 percent), to the Emanuele Castellini family (33.3) and to Solbiati Sasil tessitura (33.3). Emanuele Castellini is the CEO.

There are 5 single-brand stores, 3 of which are direct; the multi-brand ones are 263.
