Goncharova

Natalia (1881-1962). Painter and protagonist of the artistic Russian avant-garde. In 1913 she signed the manifesto of Raggismo. Her production was originally focused on theater costumes for Diaghilev’s ballets. From 1913 to 1949 she became interested in the world of fashion, designing clothing for a Paris atelier where she combined Russian folklore and traditional elements with modern geometric decorations.
