École Supérieure des Arts Appliquées Duperré
2 March 2011
Paris. A state school which offers courses in textile art and design. After an admissions test, some 70 students choose courses of study at different professional levels lasting from 1 to 4 years. Despite the economic constraints on the institute, the education is excellent and puts particular emphasis on culture and creativity. Exchanges are organized with Central Saint Martin’s College and the Royal College of Art in London, and the Tokyo School of Fashion in Japan. Former students work in all areas of the industry, from Bon Marché to Printemps and Hèrmes.
