Dimensione Danza

Dimensione Danza was a brand of clothing. It was created in 1983 following the film Flash Dance, which was hugely popular partly due to the fitness craze connnected to the acrobatic rhythms of disco dance. Enrico Baroni, with long experience as the director of Fiorucci in New York, and his wife Nadia, a classic dancer, had the intuition not only to open a dancing school, but also to launch a fashion that was easy to wear and easy to invent, whose elements could be matched and layered as one liked: sweaters, T-shirts, tights, sweats, leg warmers, and tops. Success was immediate: the new Collections, two each year, are today the result of the collaboration of their daughter Ginger Baroni and the designer Betty Rossi.
