DELFINA DELETTREZ IS THE DAUGHTER OF SILVIA VENTURINI FENDI AND JEWELER BERNARD DELETTREZ
Delfina Delettrez is the daughter of Silvia Venturini Fendi and of the famous jeweler Bernard Delettrez.
At twenty years of age, in 2007 she presented her first jewelry collection signed without the addition of the prestigious surname Fendi, in fact she wants her business not to be linked to the family name. The first collection, at times almost gloomy and dark, depicts images and subjects drawn mainly from nature: crabs, turtles, poisonous insects, flower shoots but also skulls, snakes and brambles full of thorns. The materials used follow this Gothic style: gold and iron, marble and leather, black pearls and diamonds, precious stones and bones.
In 2008 she collaborated with the famous eyewear designer Alain Mikli: four models of sunglasses in cellulose acetate, decorated with sterling silver charms, inspired by the designer’s fetish jewels.
