Bonfils

Lison Bonfils (1936) was a french model and designer. She worked a lot in Italy during the 1960s and 1970s as a designer for Max Mara, Prénatal and Benetton. Very beautiful, with a tomboy attitude, almost always dressed plainly, she was one of the muses at the Jamaica Bar in Milan and of the parties which the brothers Guido and Sandro Somaré, both painters, gave at their studio in via Rossini. Lison made her début in the world of fashion at the age of 17 as a staff model for Dior. In 1958 she began to work for Elle as a reporter. In the 1980s she designed for the brand Mic Mac that was created in Saint Tropez in 1956 by the playboy Gunther Sachs and later taken over by the financier Bernard Tapie. His departure from the scene due to legal difficulties also forced Lison to leave the fashion world.
