An immediate success

Born in 1990, Bea Bongiasca graduated with full marks in Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins, in London. In 2014, after finishing her studies, she founded her brand and presented her first collection in 10 Corso Como spaces.

In 2018 her pop-up store in Rinascente earned her a great success, which made her open, the following year, her first mono brand store, in via Solferino. Her passion and her tenacity are at the base of an international success: nowadays her creations are worn by celebrities such as Dua Lipa, Bella Hadid and Miley Cyrus.

In 2021 her brand had a turnover of 2,7 million euros and could boast 78 stores around the world – among which 72 abroad – and an inclination to USA, Europe and Arabia markets.

Bea Bongiasca style

Jewels designed by Bea Bongiasca mix Eastern and Western appearance, as her first collection, ‘No rice, no life’, shows. Her inclination to Kawaii appearance and pop culture made her decide to modernize traditional designs, so transmitting fun and levity and addressing to a cross public with the common passion for color. Her creations, entirely handmade in Italy, are realized in 9 carats gold and semiprecious gems, because she trust more her design than precious materials.

Awards

Bea Bongiasca’s talent was awarded by many organizations too: in 2014 she won the Design Miami – Art Basel and in 2015 she won the Giovani Imprese award by Altagamma; then, in 2017, she was included in 30 under 30 rank by Forbes.

Moreover, in 2023 her creations attracted Linda Farrow’s attention: Creative Director Simon Jablon produced sunglasses from sketches designed by his mother, founder of the brand, and asked Bongiasca to design shiny and colorful metal inserts to be applied on frames, which could so receive a touch of modernity.
