Torello Viera

Biella-based woolen mill, founded at the turn of the twentieth century by Albino and Giovanni Torello Viera. It is currently based in Strona. As early as the end of the 1970s, the company distinguished itself for its creativity (the designer was Franco Bernascone) and research, blending in its fabrics natural fibers manmade fibers and focusing on innovative finishings. Success came with its close working relationship with Giorgio Armani, to whom the Torello Viera woolen mill supplied most of the fabrics for his menswear and womenswear Collections.
