Premet

Parisian dressmaker’s. Their first atelier opened in 1902 in Rue de l’Université and their last in Rue la Boétie. They found fame in 1923 with two looks, Garµon and Gamine, which favored black-and-white and boyish cropped haircuts. The driving force behind Premet was Madame Lafranc and Charlotte Révil. The dressmaker’s closed in 1931. Germaine Krebs, who went on to become Madame Grés, was an apprentice there.
