Liviana Conti

Knitwear company and brand established in 1976 by Liviana Conti and her husband: she is the designer and creative mind, he is the company’s general manager. At the beginning, Liviana Troffei used to design a knitwear line for children called Lamelamatura, but in 1982 she decided to launch into women’s knitwear. Soon the brand Liviana Conti became synonymous with simple, unadorned collections, a good use of materials, and sophisticated production techniques. Since 1999 the company, which manufactures 100,000 pieces a year, has created a men’s knitwear line called Dual.
&Quad;2002. Registered turnover of 7.5 million euros, 45% of which was from exports. The company employs 45 people and has 500 sales outlets worldwide. The designer’s versatility has resulted in the development of new lines of products and accessories, such as shoes and a collection of household accessories. The men’s line Dual is no longer produced.
