Gruppo Sixty

Italian group of brands concentrated on young fashion. Established and directed by Wicky Hassan, the group currently comprises Sixty and Sixty Active Spa with 12 branch offices worldwide and partnerships with other companies. In 1983 Hassan opened a clothing store called Energie in Via del Corso in Rome, which proposed a strong image connected to the expressive culture of that time (the dawn of street style and graffiti). After a few seasons the brand became an innovative jeanswear Collection distributed all over Italy. In 1989 Sixty Spa was established. A year later, Energie was accompanied by a new line, Sixty, and immediately afterwards the first exclusively women’s line was launched, Miss Sixty. In 1992 the first branch office, Sixty USA, was opened. In 1993 the brand Murphy & Nye was bought and Sixty Active Spa. was created. The fourth American Miss Sixty store was opened in San Francesco. It is the 65th in the world.
