Costelloe

Paul Costelloe (1945). Irish designer and brand of prêt-à-porter. He started his career as an assistant to Jacques Estérel in Paris, then moved to Milan to design models for a manufacturing company, and finally went to New York, where he worked for Ann Fogarty. Then back to Ireland, where he created and distributed two lines: Paul Costelloe and Dressage. Elegant, linear, and of high quality, his creations were for the 1980s “career woman.”
