Corbetta

In 1982, she joined Condé Nast as a news editor for the men’s monthly Per Lui. In 1987, she went to work for Mondadori and stayed there until 1994, becoming deputy director of Marie Claire. In that year, she was called back to Condé Nast, where she became the director of Glamour. Her management brought circulation of the monthly to about 120,000 copies. Besides new about beauty and fashion, she decided to give more space to everyday news with articles and reports on private life, society and customs.

When Marie Claire becomes part of Hachette-Rusconi, Mondadori launches a new monthly magazine called Flair and Corbetta becomes the director.
