Bianchi

Bianchi was a silk factory in Como. The firm was established in 1925 when Giuseppe Bianchi decided to continue the marketing of “pure silk and blended fabrics” started by his father under the brand name Seterie Maria Monti. Before the war, to its initial production of fabric for men’s wear, the firm added, figured or diapered fabrics for men’s accessories, women’s corsets, and furniture, as well as flags, liturgical clothing and sacred vestments.
