Tanadori

Yokoo Tanadori (1936). Japanese illustrator known around the world as a psychedelic graphic artist. In 1999, he exhibited his latest creations on the theme of angels at the Ginza Pocket Park in Tokyo. In 1995 he was recognized in Tijuana as the best digital artist during the CyberFest. From 1960 to 1964, he studied at the Nishiwaki High School and at the Japan Design Center. Between 1976 and 1977, he worked on the Collections of Issey Miyake. He did the set design for Maurice Béjart’s ballet, Dyonisos (1984). Beginning in 1982, his paintings are on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
