Sture

Lars (1961). Norwegian jewelry designer. He was born in Nordfjord in Norway and studied the goldsmith’s art at the National College of Art in Oslo (1992). He moved to London and attended a further course at Central St Martin’s before starting up his own business in 1993. He began with a reasonably low-priced commercial line (his little sea-urchin-shaped earrings are typical of his work) before launching a collection of more special pieces in 1995. He works with various designers, including Sonja Nuttall, Joe Casley-Hayford, Owen Gaster and Fabio Piras.
