Studio Talbot specialized in the 1910s in fashion images

Taking just one of the names of Henry Fox Talbot — one of the inventors of the photographic process known as calotypes — the less famous Studio Talbot specialized in the 1910s in fashion images produced by making albumen prints that were then hand colored with aniline dyes. The studio’s images were printed as heliographs in Paris’s Les Modes, one of the first periodicals to publish fashion photographs from 1901.
