Stephen Stephen

American brand of jewelry. It takes its name from the New York designer who earned his reputation in the 1980s, first in fashion with Geoffrey Beene and Donna Karan, and then in the world of accessories and jewelry. Silver and highly colored stones lie at the heart of his creations. Their irregular cut is reminiscent of antique jewelry. The cameo is a recurrent model that he makes with a variety of stones: bakelite, coral, turquoise, and jade. He makes one-off pieces which are also on display in the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum in New York.
