Tomasz (1962). English designer born in London. He opened his first workshop in Fulham after he finished studying fashion at Central St Martin’s. He made a name for himself through his evening dresses and opened a boutique in South Kensington in 1990. Two years later, he designed a line of daywear. In 1996, he opened a big shop on Sloane Street selling all his lines: ready-to-wear, evening wear, and bridal. In 1998, he began to sell his haute couture line in the US. His style meets the demands of his young, rich clients who are more interested in elegance than the minimalist and conceptual fashions that hit London in the 1990s.
&Quad;2000, October. He showed at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, with Polish supermodels Magdalena Mielcarz and Renata Gabryelska on the runway.
