Schoenberger

Dirk (1967). German designer. Originally from Cologne, he moved to Antwerp to work as a creative assistant to Dirk Bikkembergs. In 1996, he launched his first menswear collection in Paris, which has a typically English tailoring but mixes in the occasional casual touch, such as the use of faded material. The garments are handmade in Belgium in small batches, and sold in exclusive shops in Europe, America, and Japan. In January 2002, he presented his first womenswear collection, with organzas, silks, and great tailoring.
