Henry

Guillaume Henry (1978) was a french designer. After a short period working for the magazine Citizen K, then studying a little mathematics, followed by studies at the École Supérieure des Beaux Arts et Arts Appliqués at Troyes, he designed his first Collection in 2001 with Henry Achkoyan’s assistance for the shoe Collection. He was selected for the Swiss Textile Award in Gwand and the following year he presented his second Collection at the Who’s Next exhibition in Paris, a launching platform for young creators. His fashion is colorful and composed of unpredictable forms such as shorts that finish surprisingly as tulle dresses. From September 2002, as well as continuing with his own businees, he worked as Julian McDonald’s assistant at Givenchy.
