Dina

Insignia of Dina Azzolini (1939), a woman’s hairdresser in Milan. In 1968, she opened her salon at the crossroads of fashion, at via della Spiga 23, after years of experience as a hairstylist for the most important hairdressers and photographers. Surrounded by a vague new age atmosphere, her salon was a real apartment on two floors where Dina worked with her assistant Francesca, in the company of her mother and a cat. Here, surrounded by plays of light, natural fragrances, and her preferred music, Dina’s faithful clients, some of the most elegant women of Milan, in addition to vegetal treatments and a scalp massage, could ask for the “health cut” in order to eliminate split ends. Dina also offers hair-treatment products based on her own personal phyto-therapeutic recipe. In early 2000, Dina moved to via Kramer.
