Templier

Raymond Templier (1891-1968). French jeweler. He was a practitioner of the geometric Art Deco style, and was one of the founders of the Union des Artistes Modernes. Heir to a solid family tradition of goldsmithery, but also linked by intellettual affinities to the artistic avant-garde, he expressed in the form of jewelry a purism that took its inspiration from the early years of industrial design, utilizing by preference the white metals (platinum and silver), together with diamonds and onyx.
