Baldini, Gianni. Draftsman and designer. After a brief career as a painter, in the 1950s in Florence he began to create textiles that were extremely graphic in style. Next was the creation of a prêt-à-porter collection which left a vivid little mark on the flavor of that season.
Then he got married to an American model of Armenian origin and moved to Santa Margherita for family reasons. There, in the 1970s, he concluded his career. He was the first, in 1962, to show confidence in Walter Albini, entrusting him with his collection.
