Mondati

Donato Mondati was an italian tailor. He moved from The Marches to Rome, where he learnt his trade in an old tailoring atelier that supplied the House of Savoy. Mondati opened an atelier in Via Po during the 1950s. His clothing is very traditional, and is defined by Cristina Giorgetti and Enzo Colarullo as Anglo-Italian in the volume Moda Maschile dal 1600 al 1990 (Octavo Editore).
