Italian textile company founded in Ferno (Varese) in 1913 by Piero Broglio, producing cotton fabrics for men’s shirts and cotton-linen mixes for shirts and coats for both men and women. Carlo Schapira, a member of the fourth generation of the family, led the company until 2002 as CEO. Carlo Schapira is one of the founding members of the Busto Arsizio Textile Exhibition, together with a group of industrialists, bankers, and members of parliament.
