Madeleine et Madeleine-Anna

French tailoring house. La Maison Madeleine opened in 1921 on the Champs-Elysées, run by Count Hubert de Montagu, and also stocked furniture and items for the home. In 1924 it joined forces with the atelier Anna, changing its name to Madeleine et Madeleine-Anna. In 1926, the label became famous for its invention of the first women’s smoking jacket in gold lamé.
