Léonard

Maison producing prêt-à-porter and accessories, established in 1958 by Jacques Léonard. Daniel Triboullaird was the artistic spirit behind the company. In 1960 he patented a system of knitwear printing and raw manufacturing. During the 1970s he designed collections of silken jerseys, ties, and scarves. In 1984 he dared to create kimonos for the Japanese market, which sold with success. The Léonard boutiques (more than 130 in Japan and mainland Asia alone) offer men’s prêt-à-porter collections, interior décor fabrics and bijoux.
