Charles (1949). French designer. His creativity led to the origination of the eponymous line in 1983, which was refined and elegant. His other line Sacha was launched in 1974 and was younger and self-assured, named in honor of the singer, Sacha Distel. Born in Paris, he started working in his father’s factory for men’s shoes. In the 1970s he took a totally different direction and worked on the concept of total look, proposing a clothing Collection linked to shoes. He collaborated with designers such as Montana, Mugler, Marithé, and Franµois Girbaud. He represents a meaningful creative and market reality.
