ISTITUTO IDA FERRI

Istituto Ida Ferri, founded in 1927, is based in Rome in Piazza Cairoli 2 and is one of the most prestigious schools in the capital.

In November 2002, for the diamond wedding with high fashion (75 years of activity), Ida Ferri, who went through the events of almost a century of fashion, was celebrated at the Art Café with a fashion show of 30 creations, the most significant of the last 4 years. The collection inspired by the circus world was particular, with acrobat mini-dresses or asymmetrical clown clothes with multicolored stripes.

During the 2002 haute couture catwalks, the traditional fashion show, dedicated to the newly graduated students of the various schools, was honoured with the presence of Ida Ferri’s models. Inspired by the Paris fin de siècle and the Belle Époque, it was one of the most applauded and original collections exhibited at the Auditorium in Rome.
