Hemp

Hemp is a textile fiber obtained by maceration and beating of Cannabis sativa plant.

Originating from central Asia, it’s nowadays cultivated in many countries characterized by a temperate climate, such as Europe and Italy. From hemp you can obtain a strong spun and a really consistent fabric, whose aspect is rough and whose surface is irregular.
