Hardy

Pierre (1956). French shoe designer. He studied plastic arts in Paris. He was Camille Unglick’s assistant and from 1987 to 1988 he designed Harel’s Collections, one of the most famous shoe brands in France. From 1987 to 1992 he was the shoe sector manager for Dior. During the 1990s, he worked as an illustrator as well as teaching at the École Supérieure des Arts Appliquées Duperre and at the Institute Franµais de la Mode. From 1997 he was the creator of Hermès’ shoe Collection. In October 1998 he started his own business and launched his women’s shoe line.
During the five years at Hermès, he also created a jewelry line.
