Elise Topell

German fashion house. It opened just a few months after the end of World War II and closed in the early 1970s. It was named after its founder, who was considered the Madame Vionnet of Germany. After working for various houses in Berlin, she opened her own atelier there in 1945, moving a few years later to Briebach Castle, near Wiesbaden, where her collections were presented.
