DROME, THE BRAND SPECIALIZED IN THE USE OF LEATHER
DROMe is a Florentine brand founded by Marianna Rosati in 2008. Daughter of art, she has a family of leather makers behind her, her father Ferrero Rosati managed the family factory that made leather for luxury brands such as Prada, Gucci and Jill Sander. Marianna decided to carry on the family tradition. She studied design and founded her own brand, which she defined as “a playground where you can experiment with leather”.
Leather that she deconstructs and shapes to create dresses with a delicate and minimal femininity. Attention to sustainability is a cherished theme for the Florentine brand. In fact, since its origins, DROMe chose to only work with leather from the food supply chain. In this way, the amount of waste that would otherwise be released into the environment decreases.
100% Italian production and quality of materials for the brand that is distributed in 250 Wholesale stores around the world, 7 of which are located in Italy. In July 2021 DROMe announced the birth of the accessory line, bags that followed the style that distinguishes the brand’s proposals: geometric and minimal lines.
