From the late 1980s to the late 1990s she was on the cover of the most important fashion magazines in the world, including Vogue, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. In 1991, she married the actor Richard Gere, but they separated four years later. In the U.S., her fitness videotapes had huge sales. She has two children, Presley and Caia.
