Mirella. For 9 years after her début, she was part of the creative group that turned Fiorucci into a big brand and created the Fiorucci phenomenon. In the 1970s and 1980s she traveled through Japan, Korea, China, and Latin America for Fiorucci in search of ethnic objects and inspiration. In 1976 she was in charge, together with artists such as Antonio Lopez, of the image of the Fiorucci store in New York and the first party at Club 54 that was done in pure Fiorucci style. Towards the end of the 1980s, in partnership with the studio of Ettore Sottsass, she designed eye glass Collections for Esprit. She has worked with Casa Vogue and was responsible for Casa Design as part of the editorial staff of Elle Italy. As a consultant, she was responsible for the furnishings in some Max Mara boutiques. In the mid 1990s she began to travel again for research commissioned by Ball, a house specialized in jeans, and by Goldié (accessories). She designs shoes and composes collage books for Camper, a very well-distributed and famous Catalan brand of extravagant shoes.
