Basf is a german company and worldwide leader in chemical and pharmaceutical products, coloring agents, and textile fibers. Its president is Jürgen Strube. Among its most well-known brands are Zantrel, Zefran, Vivana, Golden Glow, and Golden Touch. The fiber division of Basf Corporation is based in the U.S., in the state of New Jersey. It produces synthetic fibers in polyamide, polyester and viscose.
