Angora

Special type of wool named after the Turkish city of Ankara, where a breed of goats with long, silky hair which is the source of mohair was raised. Angora wool comes from the hair of the angora rabbit, reared mostly in China. The white and silky hair produces a fiber that is soft, very light and shiny, and used mainly in knitwear. Fabric made of angora wool is likewise very soft and fuzzy.
