In 1994, he won the Theo Limperg Prize for best original design. In 1998 he launched a new line, So Genes, as well as a special collection entitled A composition with red and yellow created for the Mondrian Exhibition at the Musée de la Mode in Marseilles. He lives and works in Amsterdam and teaches at the Academy of Arnhem. In men’s fashion, which he approaches without excluding women’s motifs, he is considered a master of minimalism. His palette almost never deviates from black and grey.
